About the artist:
Anne Marie Davis creates brightly colored collages that represent her whimsical, cock-eyed view of life. Her collages and collage prints are sold throughout small shops and galleries in North Carolina. She also is an oil painter and currently is fascinated with the changing light of skies. Her landscapes are quiet,subtle representations that reflect her reverence for nature. They are an interesting contrast to her bright,vivid collages and reflect her diversity as an artist. Her work may be seen locally at Two Art Chicks, Just Be, and The Upstairs Gallery or at her studio at 205 Lyndon Street.
