    About the artist: I have two sons who are both musicians. I've been a mentor with Community In Schools program at Penn-Griffen Middle School in High Point. I'm also a volunteer bus driver for the marching band at my youngest son's high school.
    I write poetry and have a blog, aharrel.blogspot.com, where I publish some of my poetry, express my opinions about issues I feel are relevant to various people and get feedback about both.
    My goals are to get a book of poetry published and too become a motivational speaker,sharing how writing poetry has helped me to face the challenges of life.
