About the artist:

Elizabeth majored in fine arts during college taking courses such as painting, drawing, design, sculpture, and creative writing. During her last semester she signed up for a course in photography and it has been her passion ever since. After college, Elizabeth worked as a photographer's assistant, at a custom photo lab, and eventually at a professional photo supply/repair business, while honing her own skills along the way. Though she has worked professionally as a photographer since the early 90's it wasn't until 2002 when she turned her business into full time. Elizabeth specializes in editorial, travel, outdoors, documentary wedding photography, PR/corporate/social events, musicians/bands, lifestyles portraiture, as well as fine art photography. In addition, she enjoys creating 3D collages with recycled mixed media and photographs. Elizabeth's fine art photography has been on display at Grove Winery, Art on the Haw River Wine Trail, The Gallery (Fine Arts Festival of Rockingham County), as well as in private collections. Her photography also appears on local singer/songwriter Bruce Piephoff's three most recent CDs, including the cover for "Sogni D'oro" and the cover of "The Chestnut Tree". serving the triad, the south east, and beyond
