Oak Grove Community Advisory Panel

Oak Grove Community Advisory Panel (OGCAP) was founded in June 2005 at Wiley Elementary School. OGCAP is a non-profit community organization consisting of several zip codes. The mission of the organization is to work with Wiley Elementary School and the Greater Community to address concerns citizens may have with governmental agencies, as well as, varied community concerns. There are four very strategic committees within the OGCAP: (1) Education, (2) Outreach, (3) Community, Safety and Environmental, and (4) Community Issues. OGCAP has served more than 2700 people over the past 23 months.
