Carolina Adoption Services
CAS is a non-profit, non-denominational children’s charity established in 1993, licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and New Jersey. They are dedicated to finding loving “forever” families for overseas orphans in need of permanent families and providing humanitarian relief efforts that improve the lives of children being reared in the orphanages of Eastern Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. With the assistance of Carolina Adoption Services, over 2,300 orphans have found their forever, loving families.
