      Neil Simon's classic tale of lessons learned from marriage, loss of great love, transcended by renewal of spirit first through desire, then forgiveness of self to let go of the past. Comedic contrast provided through portrayal of others resigned to more superficial relationships. The script provides true insight to living and moving on in love and a relationship, first within one's own soul, so that, by choice, love may again be shared with another. The cast powerfully captures the tragedy of loss, the understanding of it through love, and then the journey to reopen to love, all sprinkled with the comedy from choices we make while in, or holding on to, the misery. Enjoy this at times light, and more often meaningful window into the human experience, and perhaps share in this living depiction of the journey through despair to life again. Collapse

      As I was watching these 5 women perform, it brought up so many thoughts of all the women in my life that I share my life with. Also, when I saw that Peggy Droz was one of the performers I knew... Expand

      As I was watching these 5 women perform, it brought up so many thoughts of all the women in my life that I share my life with. Also, when I saw that Peggy Droz was one of the performers I knew immediately this was going to be a great play. I saw her in "On Golden Pond" at the Centennial Station some years ago and she did a great job. This play carries you through so many ups and downs and then leaves you feeling like you know these women personally. Well I will end with that but if you want a great night out and want to laugh till your tummy hurts go see this wonderful performance before its gone. Collapse

      Go see this show! Hall and Stephen are hilarious. The
      costume changes, the wigs, the dialogue... it all comes
      together to create a wildly funny night of theatre.
