Reynolda House Museum of American Art

The restored 1917 mansion of Katharine and R.J. Reynolds, Reynolda House is now a center for American art. We feature both a permanent collection and traveling exhibits.

      Reynolda House Community Days are a great way to introduce American Art to the people that probably would not pay an admission to the museum. The Gardens of the Reynold's state makes it the perfect venue. It's like if you attended a private party at the mansion. They always have great entertainment, for kids and usually great ice cream too. We are a group of friends that drive from Chapel Hill for these events. Great way to spend a Sunday! Collapse
