Kernersville Little Theatre

Since 1977, Kernersville Little Theatre has produced community theater performances in a variety of locations around the town of Kernersville; today, four shows are done each year.

Club ("The Serviceman's 'Home Away From Home'") in Brooklyn in 1942. Ships leaving the nearby Navy yard are being sunk by enemy U-boats.       This play was so much fun and the perfect for any age! The actors and actresses did great interpretations of the characters! More elaboration on costumes could have helped identify the characters - I had a hard time with a blonde Lucy at first but the acting was so good that after a bit it didn't matter. I especially loved Schroeder - who came across a bit more joyful and less brooding than in the comic strip. He had an amazing voice. Snoopy was also extremely well cast and full of personality! Tickets are a bit pricey for hard economic times but going on preview night saved a few $$$. Collapse

      We really enjoyed this show -- it had a lot of funny parts -- we laughed and laughed. The two girls who are the leads were very funny; so is the guy who's in the box -- he calls the bingo numbers.... Expand
