    About Zeto Zeto wine and cheese shop was established in 1999 in Greensboro, NC. The name “Zeto” means, “Live! Long live” in Greek. The co-owners, being of Greek descent, thought that Zeto would be a most appropriate name for the wine shop. “Zeto!” has become the toast of the wine shop. Zeto wine and cheese shop’s co-owners, Despina G. (Penny) Demetriades and Su Peterson, both North Carolina natives, take a friendly, non-intimidating approach to wines and wine enjoyment emphasizing the pleasures of food and wine in the shop’s comfortable, congenial atmosphere. Zeto, a full-service wine shop, also offers wine cellar design and installation services for clients in and beyond North Carolina. Zeto sells wine cooling units, designs wine cellars, specializes in artisanal cheeses and other food products. The Zeto Enoteca Gallery of Wine Tasting features wines by the glass, half-glass or by the taste from its automatic, self-serve wine pouring system. This venue is also available for private parties.
