      On February 19, 2009, Undercurrent hosted its first wine dinner of the year. I was fortunate enough to be in attendance. The event was held in the Wagner Room, a private dining room at Undercurrent. The tables were set in a round perfect for conversations between guests, so don’t be intimidated if you are single like me. That night was amazing. The wines were great, the food was paired perfectly and the service staff catered to us. It was an excellent value for $50.00 I left completely stuffed. In addition, I was able to forge unlikely friendships with individuals that share my love for great wine, delicious food and travelling I am definitely attending the next event and I hope to see some of my new friends there-as well as meet others.
