Talk and swap stories with popular newspaper reporter Jim Schlosser and a panel including his sources Willie Breeze, Jr., Brenda Florence, Liljana Kajana, and Mose Kiser, Jr., on Thursday, November 20 at the Greensboro Historical Museum. The event begins with a booksigning from 5:30-7, turns to the program at 7, and afterwards continues with coffee and conversation.

If there’s a hint of a story, a detail to be discovered, a personality to be portrayed, Schlosser has been on the case since 1967, rightfully earning a nickname as Greensboro’s History Detective. He’s written about more people, places and events than any of his peers. There’s just no doubt about the fact that his columns, animated by his never-ending curiosity, have enthralled generations of News & Record readers. And that’s the reason Schlosser and His Sources will be the focus for the Dortch Memorial Program at the Greensboro Historical Museum during the city’s bicentennial.
