2nd Annual Great Gatsby Day Party

During the day from 10am-5pm, the glitz and glamour of a ‘Gatsby Party’ at Chinqua Penn Plantation is where you will find folks in roaring 20’s period costumes, touring the mansion and enjoying great dance music and oldies by the Fairlanes. There will be seven different Chinqua Penn wines to taste and a grand antique car display.

You may want to grab an afternoon nap and return between 5 and 6pm as the evening events begin. At 7pm a formal dinner will be served, catered by renowned Chef Robert Pearse and accompanied by the Chinqua Penn Vineyard wines; a cash bar will be available throughout the evening. Wear your best dancing shoes to boogie to the music of the ever-popular band “Walrus” until the end of the evening. The Great Gatsby Day Party at Chinqua Penn Plantation will be the event of the year. It promises to put some light in your life and, maybe, close out with a big, colorful bang!

  • Admission Info

    Tickets: daytime events between 10am-5pm ticket price is $25 per person. To come to all the events of the day and the formal dinner and dance tickets are $45 per person. You may want bring your own party and get a table for eight for $300. To purchase Gatsby Day tickets and/or make reservations for dinner you may call 336-349-4576 or go to www.chinquapenn.com to purchase on-line. House tour admission is $20 for adults; $15 for seniors and students; $10 youth age 6-15, and age five and under are free.
