Good, clean dance Aerobics with a sexy flare! Why go to the club or dance at home alone? We will learn fun routines to popular up beat R&B and Hip Hop songs while burning calories and feeling sexy. High heels and jeans are welcome.

After the first class I felt the burn and have been back ever since. I feel in shape and sexier than ever! Great instructor, great atmosphere, great people! No one's a stranger. :0)

Some members of my womens group attended this class and it was the best erobics class ever. Its sexy sexy sexy. Don't knock it until you try it....we are going back!

You can feel sexy without being sleezy and dirty. If you are curious, you should come to the class before passing judgement. I totally enjoy it!
