Part of the Carolina Summer Music Festival’s inaugural season. Presented by Old Salem Museums & Gardens and Carolina Chamber Symphony Players. Gershwin, By George! Gray Auditorium, Old Salem Visitors Center A jazz concert featuring Martha Bassett, Matt Kendrick, Fred Pivetta, Wally West, John Wilson, Ken Wilmot and Jacqui Carrasco. The Gershwin program will include the most beloved songs by George and Ira Gershwin, including “Our Love Is Here To Stay,” ”Lady Be Good,” “Strike Up The Band,” “Embraceable You,” “I Got Rhythm,” and “Someone To Watch Over Me.” Dancing is encouraged!
