Crosslove Theatre presents a musical based on the #1 Christmas song of all time "The Christmas Shoes," by New Song. Author Donna Van Liere turns her novel, also based on the song, into this moving musical featuring many hit songs by New Song. Robert Layton is a man in trouble. His work is piling up, his marriage is falling apart, and his children do not know him. Jack Andrew is a man losing what is most precious to him: his wife. Both search for answers at a time when answers should be most available. But when Robert and Jack's son Nathan have a chance encounter in a department store on Christmas Eve, the two families are changed for ever. And it's all because of one pair of shoes. Directed by Lori Hankins.
