The Pranksters are a Grateful Dead cover band. Their show is about great music giving you the vibe, drive and soul of a gathering of good people--and having a real good time doing it. The Pranksters are out to to have fun playing the Grateful Dead's music to it's finest potential while assuring that people have fun. The Pranksters' shows are the whole deal-- burning incense, Shakedown trades (including Pranksters' goodies), and other kind things. At a show in Floyd, Va. the host said, “it’s the closest thing to a Grateful Dead concert you’re going to find.”
