    Throughout summer/fall 2008, Elsewhere will be building an eco-park and community garden in the public alley behind our museum. The gardens will include a drip irrigation system with planters made from recycled florescent light fixtures, solar powered fountains, native plants and hanging vines, hand-crafted bird houses, compost systems that demonstrate the benefits of soil permacultures, and a large vegetable and flower garden. The Hanging Gardens will open with a “Bloom Party” in Spring 2009. COME BUILD THE GARDENS SATURDAYS 10AM-1PM (JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER)
