Add Review/CommentCelebrate mathematics on this unofficial day for one of mathematic’s favorite concepts. Pi, or π, represents the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. It starts with 3.14159 and has no end yet. We’re setting up a gallery full of fun math activities to measure, count, sort and graph everything from our Pendulum Circle to the loop of a snake. Coincidentally, it’s also Albert Einstein’s birthday – spend a Guilford County early release day celebrating! Pi Day will take place on Friday, March 14 (3.14) from 2:00 - 4:30 p.m.
