Add Review/CommentMartin Tucker has photographed for the Winston-Salem Journal, Washington Post and Associated Press and was the Photography Coordinator for 7 years at the Sawtooth School for Visual Art. While at the Sawtooth School, he created A Thousand Words: Photographs by Vietnam Veterans, an exhibit of photographs taken by Vietnam veterans during their tours in Vietnam. The exhibit has been traveling nationally for 3 years and will open at the North Carolina Museum of History in Raleigh in March 2008. He currently teaches photography at The Summit School in Winston-Salem and operates Martin Tucker Photography, specializing in headshots and performing arts photography. In addition to his award-winning photography, Martin has 18 years experience as a professional actor (appeared Off-Broadway, soaps, tv & film and over 500 commercials) and is a lifetime member of The Actors Studio. Martin Tucker was most recently featured in the September issue of The Community Arts Cafe magazine. The show will open on Friday January 4th at 7pm during the gallery hop in the arts district of downtown Winston-Salem and will run through the month of January.
