Wilkesboro Open Air Market 'Third Friday' Events

Historic Downtown Wilkesboro’s popular “Third Friday” Open Air Market events return in 2012 on April 20, May 18, June 15, July 20 and August 17. Third Friday events will feature downtown merchants, food vendors, local wineries, musicians, regional farms and produce, arts and crafts, demonstrators, and non-profit and civic organizations. Each Third Friday Open Air Market will be themed with live music. Children’s activities will also be provided.

The Open Air Market will take place in the town-owned parking area located adjacent to the Wilkes Heritage Museum at 100 E. Main St. We continue to strive to build a more sustainable local food network and buying culture, and we hope that you will join us on this journey!
