Greensboro Museum Discovery Day is a city-wide event sponsored by the Museum Alliance of Greensboro, a consortium of art, children's, history, and science institutions serving audiences throughout the greater Greensboro area. This semi-annual event takes place at various Greensboro museums and features special programming, reduced or free admission, and other opportunities for visitors to learn more about the cultural resources in the area.

Today @ WAM:

"Ask Me" Tours @ 1, 1:30, 2 & 2:30 pm.

WAM Docents give an introduction to the latest exhibitions and answer visitor questions. Families and children welcome. Tours last 20 minutes. Please meet in the lobby. No reservation required.

Visit the Weatherspoon's corner of campus on September 25 and enjoy two other events...UNCG's FallFest on campus and the Fall Tate Street Festival...all going on at the same time!
