Sivananda Yoga is a spiritual yoga practice that focuses on 12 core poses, chanting, pranayama (breathing) practices, meditation and relaxation. This particular practice is designed to transform and elevate the human consciousness. People who attend this workshop will feel energized, relaxed and blissful!       I played the harmonium at this event. Crystal played guitar and lead the chants. Mary chanted and explained kirtan.
