Increase your self-esteem through the Loving Me Workshop! You will identify and heal areas of low self-worth in this highly effective workshop. In eight weeks you will focus on eight different aspects of self-esteem including: Getting to Know Me, Loving My Sexuality, Loving My Mind, Loving My Inner Child, Loving My Emotions, Loving My Spirituality, Loving My Body, and Loving All of Me. Each session of the workshop offers special Healing Activities designed to help you feel better about yourself. These Healing Activities include guided visualizations, written exercises, art projects, and group sessions.
