    The Guilford County Farm Bureau and other organizations will host a documentary and discussion about land use and agriculture on March 18 from 7-9 p.m.

    Organizers will show the "The Land," a film about a farmland protection debate in Kentucky. Locally grown popcorn will be served.

    The workshop will cover the following:

    • The meaning of the land on American society

    • Comparing your attitudes toward the land with others across the nation

    • How a growing county in Kentucky has confronted land use issues

    • Tracking land use changes in your community

    • Group discussion on “Creating a vision for the future”
