Lexington Youth Theatre is proud to kick off its 25th anniversary season with the production of SEUSSICAL, a musical based on the books of Dr. Seuss that debuted on Broadway in 2000. LYT is excited to be celebrating its 25th birthday along with Dr. Seuss, who was born March 2, 1904. Performances will be held March 12-14 at the historic Edward C. Smith Civic Center in uptown Lexington. The cast will feature over 70 talented performers in grades 3-12. Tickets can be purchased at the website,www.lexingtonyouththeatreinc.com, or at the Smith Civic Center office (336-249-7875). Tickets are $8 presale or $10 at the door, plus a can of food for local charities. The collection of food for the needy in our community is a long-standing tradition of Lexington Youth Theatre.
