In this class we will share experiences, find support and understanding and like-minded friends, and learn how to use energy management methods to manage the gift in ways that allow you to *be less influenced by other's emotions *release pain and trauma that is not yours *create healthy boundaries *respect your abilities *develop this gift *use this knowledge to help others and yourself
