    Learn how to use the Japanese Reiki touch therapy technique to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, improve health and wellness, and relieve stress! Treat yourself, family, friends, and animals! This class is always a lot of fun and very meaningful for all who participate. Includes a Certification for Reiki I following Usui tradition, information about the history of Reiki, multiple attunements, chakra information, meditation techniques, and a personal manual for you to keep!
