Join the vineyards of Swan Creek for a unique Chocolate and Wine pairing. Each vineyard will feature one of its specialty chocolate products along side one of their wines for a complimentary sample pairing! Pairings are: Laurel Gray – Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Chocolate sauce Dobbins Creek – Reserve Merlot with Dark Chocolate Shadow Springs – Dark Shadow: Chocolate-infused red wine Raffaldini—Sangiovese and Wine-infused Chocolate Brownie Buck Shoals—Chambourcin fudge with Chambourcin
