Christina Allen will explain what happens in the brain and body during meditation, what a meditative state really is and how to reach it, and more! At the end of the class you will be guided through a relaxing group meditation. No experience necessary! Bring any questions you may have and a pillow (to rest your head upon) or a meditation cushion/mat.
