Growing weary of March Madness & NCAA round ball? Come down to The Flat Iron, 221 Summit Ave. in downtown Greensboro, NC (near the historical museum and arts council) on Sat. nite, March 31, 9:00-11:00pm to hear Bruce Piephoff with Scott Manring(lead guitar, dobro, mandolin, banjo, etc), Pat Lawrence(upright bass) and David "Driveway" Moore(harmonica) backing him up. Bruce will be doing new songs from his latest CD, "Sogni D'Oro" and some older stuff for 2 hours of all originals; folk,blues, poetry. info: 336.965.7206. A trio from Durham, N.C., The Pulsar Triyo, will play from 11:00pm till 2:00am.
