Never trust what you see. When a naïve inventor (Campbell Scott) develops “The Process,” a top-secret program guaranteed to make billions for his company, the wolves come out—to fleece him. David Mamet (author of Oleanna) wrote and directed this twisting mystery with a masterful sleight of hand. Powerful performances by Ben Gazarra and Steve Martin, plus plenty of surprises and stings, make this film the ultimate con flick.
