Surrendering to your own inner dance ~ This class is not about socially acceptable dancing. This is not about your mother's dance or your father's dance or even your best friend's dance. This is about your dance, the unique rhythms of your own heart and soul. Come discover the power you have hidden within you, yearning to reveal itself in the dance... ...the dance of joy and sadness, surrender and control, deep compassion and primal urges, longing and ecstasy... ~ your own unique body, mind, heart, and soul! "Any energy, fully embodied, can be a gateway." ~Gabrielle Roth * Advance registration requested. * Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Class will include both guided movement and free expression. Participants will be encouraged to listen to their own body's comfort/limits and to move/not move accordingly.
