This event showcases the African-inspired works of Elizabeth City State University Art Chair and Professor Alexis Joyner. The Artist will speak about the inspirations for his dramatic life-sized sculpture and mixed media pieces at the opening reception Sunday, October 11 at 3 pm at the African American Atelier, Greensboro Cultural Center, 200 N Davie.
