Robotics competition

A regional robotics competition for high school students promoted by First VEX Challenge and sponsored by the Office of Summer Sessions and Outreach at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. at the Greensboro Center for Innovative Development, North Campus, 5900 Summit Avenue. During the event, students will build and program a robot based on the rules of the VEX Challenge. They compete for points and following the guideline of the rules for that year’s challenge. Winners advance on the nationals, which are held in Atlanta, Ga. This event is designed to build science and technology skills and interest, as well as, build self confidence, leadership and life skills.
