Two consecutive Thursdays: November 5 and 12 Members $20/ Non-members $30 (includes both sessions) 5:30-8:30 Join painter MaryAnn Zotto for a two-part painting workshop: Intimate Objects/Big Thoughts--where our focus will be on creating small paintings that carry big ideas. You’ll learn techniques to expand your own painting vocabulary and to share with your students. As a teacher, Mary Ann has delighted her students for many years at Penland School, Tougaloo Art Colony in Jackson Mississippi, and North Carolina School of the Arts, where she currently teaches. Beginners welcome! Bring a picnic supper. Drinks provided. 5:30-8:30 pm. These workshops are sponsored, in part, by the Hillsdale Fund. Registration required.
