Fitness by the Fountain - African Dance

Come out and join in Free Fitness by the Fountain on Monday, August 10 from 6:30 – 7:30pm at Center City Park. The fitness program for August 10th will be African Dance, with Wesley Williams. Beginners are welcome! Please remember to wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Upcoming Fitness by the Fountain Dates: • August 17 – Hatha Yoga with Annie Fitz • August 24 – Fitness with the YMCA: Zumba with Beth McKinney • August 31 – Tai Chi with Eric Reiss For more information about Center City Park and for additional events, visit www.centercitypark.org.
