Fitness by the Fountain - Tai Chi

Come out and join in Free Fitness by the Fountain on Monday, August 3 from 6:30 – 7:30pm at Center City Park. The fitness program for August 3rd will be Tai Chi, with Eric Reiss. Beginners are welcome! Please remember to wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Upcoming dates for Fitness by the Fountain: • August 10 – African Dance with Wesley Williams • August 17 – Hatha Yoga with Annie Fitz • August 24 – Fitness with the YMCA • August 31 – Tai Chi with Eric Reiss Fitness by the Fountain is a free program offered each Monday throughout September at Center City Park in downtown Greensboro.
