Drumming and Dancing Workshop

Presented by NC Dance Project at Peeler Center

This is a 3 week intensive workshop for students 10-16 years of age. Students will learn skills in traditional West African drumming and dancing, while also learning about the cultural history of these skills. The workshop will be held at Peeler Recreation Center, with performances during the 3rd week at several area community centers and museums.
