Zeto hosts world renowned winemaker Laurence Jobard and winery manager (and sister) Mireille Desmonet at June 24th “Rare Opportunity” wine dinner. Oenologist/winemaker, Jobard and Desmonet operate Domaine Gabriel Billard (their father's name). In 1976, Robert Drouhin hired Laurence Jobard to be Maison Joseph Drouhin's oenologist/winemaker. Then, it was unheard of to have a woman in that position in Burgundy. Jobard led a remarkable 30+ vintages. Four course dinner with seven stellar Burgundy wines. $125/person.
