      I watched it at Durham Performing Arts Center last December. It deeply moved my heart and I could not stop my tears. It presented the beauty and brightness of both heaven and the human world.

      There is something very special about “Shen Yun Performing Arts”. I watched “Holiday Wonders” performed by this company in December 2007 in Greensboro. It was an unforgettable experience.... Expand

      There is something very special about “Shen Yun Performing Arts”. I watched “Holiday Wonders” performed by this company in December 2007 in Greensboro. It was an unforgettable experience. Last December, I watched again in Durham Performing Arts Center. For the two and half hour program with about a dozen short performances, I felt it too short. The female dancers move in elegant small steps and synchronized patterns, which is really amazing. The versatile and highly skilled “Classical Chinese Dance” movements along with the music are so powerful in story telling without using language. The costumes are so beautiful. The 3D animated digital backdrop further enhances the visual effect. The music integrated western and Chinese music into one, very unique. Beside the beautiful dances, each story conveyed traditional Chinese culture and values. It is both entertaining and educational. Overall, the wonderful experience worth more than the price.
