    The AAHE, a cultural family festival, will include dance (African, jazz, liturgical), folktakes/storytelling, music (gospel, jazz, blues, R&B), art exhibits, gallery presentations, vendors, African drumming, crafts for children and a traditional "soul food" sampling. Featured entertainment: Melva Houston (blues/jazz vocalist), Sweet Dreams (contemporary jazz & R&B classics), Wesley Williams' Urban Dance Theatre of Greensboro (African dance & drumming), Bethel AME Church Gospel Choir, Fred Motley and the Cultural Arts Ensemble, Ron Johnson (ventriloquist & magician), Jimmy Person (R&B vocalist), Erik Huffine (caricature artist) and the Harris-Mintz School of Dance.
