"Oscar meets O. Henry", as Greensboro officially celebrates the 79th Annual Academy Awards in elegant style! 150 guests will get the celebrity treatment, complete with vallet parking, red carpet, papparazzi and champagne reception, followed by a formal wine dinner while enjoying a live telecast of the Academy Awards on large screen HDTV in the ambiance of a beautifully decorated grand ballroom. This black-tie optional event will be a fun-filled evening, with proceeds benefitting Triad Health Project, marking its 20th anniversary of offering services, outreach and education to individuals in our community affected by or at risk for HIV/AIDS. Oscar Night is locally sponsored by ABC45TV, the O.Henry Hotel, Green Valley Grill and The News & Record.
