This class is for both beginners and experienced dancers. We focus on learning and practicing the moves and cues that can be used to create exciting and fun choreographies. Class will start out with a cardio belly dance warm-up followed with stretching. Basic belly dance movements and posture are covered, since they are used in the moves and combinations of Tribal Style Belly Dance. Tribal style belly dance is a grounded, earthy style of dance that allows dancers to connect with each other on a new level. It is a wonderful way to build a community of women to dance with!
