The 37th Annual Carolina Cup Bicycle Races

"Longest Running Bicycle Race in the South" A full day of road racing bicycles, including all levels from kids to beginners all the way up to Pro racers. Has taken place in the beautiful Greensboro Country Park since 1972. The course is a 1.6 mile loop around the lakes, with many spots for great viewing and picnicking. Operated under permit from USA Cycling, the "Cup" attracts racers come from all over the country and even a few foreigners compete each year! Spectators are free.
