An event to commemorate the two-year implementation of Guilford County's Partners Ending Homelessness Initiative and increase knowledge about homelessness in our community. Kids Carnival begins at 6:00pm. Opening Pitch at 7:05pm. Greensboro Grasshoppers and the Lakeland BlueClaws on Monday, June 1st at NewBridge Bank Park.
