City is a monthly event at Elsewhere, City is an imaginary, ad-hoc cityscape envisioned within the confines of Elsewhere and brought to life by its ephemeral inhabitants. Open to the public, City combines the best elements of game theory, outward social commentary, absurdest theater, button currency economics and civic responsibility.
