Add Review/CommentThink Globally and Act Locally as we present the best in conservation information. Learn about alternate fuels, from biodiesel to hybrid, electric to people power.
Learn how to turn your backyard "native" or your household solar from local conservation groups. Meet the wildest party animals of all in special zoo enrichment sessions that show you how we use recycled and "green" materials here at Animal Discovery. Learn how your own family actions can invite wilder animals, from birds and bees to bats, to your neighborhood. Make a recycled bird feeder or leaf art to take home with you!
We'll have fun with water conservation at our dancing water fountains, create a habitat scene, or make a recyclobeast to decorate our tigers' exhibit. You may also meet our wallaby mascot or animal ambassadors walking in the zoo. Party for the Planet activities are included with general admission to the Center: $8 Adults, $7 Children.
