In this talk, Sandra Phocas will: • discuss the process and practices for deep conscious exploration that facilitate inner healing of mind, body, and spirit • share some of her own transformative journey • facilitate a brief experiential exercise to expand awareness Sandra Phocas, an alternative healer and former psychiatrist, has spent many years exploring transformative healing and spiritual practices here and abroad. This journey has led her to deeply trust in the wisdom hidden in the deepest parts of ourselves and the Universe. She enjoys teaching and guiding others through the various doorways that lead them to those deep places of healing, wisdom, and truth as well.
