    Food, Land and People Workshop in Greensboro
    A Food, Land and People workshop will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 20, at the Kathleen Clay Edwards Library, 1420 Price Park Dr. Greensboro.

    * Receive a Food, Land and People notebook of activities.

    * Learn hands-on activities to teach adults and children about the interrelationships between agriculture, food, the environment and people. Also included is a tour of a local source for organic food and sustainable products.

    * Great program for parents, teachers, scout leaders, youth leaders, and community group leaders. Credit towards CEUs or for the NC
    Environmental Education Certification.

    There is a cost for workshop materials. To register, e-mail Melanie.buckingham@greensboro-nc.gov or call 373-2923.
