Immediately following the opening reception, Charlotte Horlyck, Lecturer in the History of Korean Art, School of Oriental and African Studies, London University, will discuss how funeral figures in pre-modern Korea reflect Koreans’ changing interpretation of life, death and their own place in the cosmos.
